Set the term up once
Tempo generates every session from your timetable and keeps booked dates safe when things change.

04 · Handle changes
Credit, not refund headaches
Cancellations turn into account credit on their own; you never chase refunds or compensate twice.
- Online cancellation within a configurable deadline, with per-class overrides
- Credit issued for the amount actually paid, not list price
- Expected-absence reporting flags the register but keeps the place
- Credit lots with expiry (default 12 months); soonest-expiring spent first

Emails you can edit without breaking them
Change the words; the booking details live in a locked block that always stays correct.
