Pricing
Three ways to run Tempo.
£0 platform fees on all of them.
Per site. Your members never pay us a penny; only your card processor's normal charge applies. Licence billing is handled by Freemius, who add VAT at checkout where it applies. Setup and Club Partner are billed by us directly, and no VAT is added, because we're a small UK business and not VAT registered.

Any questions? Here's what clubs ask
Straight answers on licences, fees and what happens down the line. Anything else, just ask.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress installation on one domain. Most clubs need exactly one. Running several club sites? Ask us about multi-site pricing.
Do my members pay any fees?
No. They pay your prices through your own payment account. The only deduction is your card processor's normal charge; we never take a cut.
Will VAT be added to these prices?
On the plugin licence, yes where it applies: licences are sold by Freemius, our licensing partner, who add UK VAT at checkout (£249 becomes £298.80 for most UK clubs). On everything we bill directly (the Launch setup fee and Club Partner) no VAT is added, because we're not VAT registered.
Can I try it first?
Yes: the Licence tier comes with a 14-day free trial. A card is taken at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. The trial applies to the plugin-only Licence; Launch and Club Partner start with a conversation, so you'll know they fit before paying.
What's the refund policy?
The Licence tier has a 14-day free trial: a card is taken at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. After the trial, licence refunds are handled by Freemius per their process, as they run the licence checkout as merchant of record; the full purchase terms are in the licence terms (EULA). Club Partner refunds follow the Club Partner service terms (pro-rata on prepaid annual).
What happens if I don't renew?
Without an active licence the plugin locks: members can't book, cancel or spend credit until it's renewed. Nothing is deleted. Every booking, credit lot and record stays safe on your site, and it all comes back the moment the licence is active again.
Can I move from Club Partner to self-managed later?
Yes. It's your site; we hand it over and you carry on with a standard Licence.
What does my site need?
WordPress 6.4+, WooCommerce 8.2+, PHP 8.1+ and ACF. Your web designer can check the full Requirements guide; on Club Partner, hosting is our problem, not yours.
Do I need a special theme?
No. The plugin works with any theme and any page builder. Every licence also includes the Tempo Book It theme for free; we built it around the plugin, so booking pages, timetables and account screens sit exactly where members expect them.
Not sure which fits?
Tell us about your club and we'll point you at the right tier; no hard sell, just a straight answer.
