Why dance schools switch
September signup, without the paper forms
September signup means paper forms, bank transfers to chase and a full inbox. Tempo Book It was built alongside SJP Theatre Arts, a working dance and theatre school, to end exactly that. Parents book and pay online, packages price themselves for half term or full term, and your teachers mark the register on a phone at the studio door.
How it works
Four steps from timetable to term report
-
Set up your term and timetable
-
Families book and pay online

Everything below is included in every licence. The full list lives on the Features page.

Credit instead of refund headaches when classes change
Built with a real dance school
SJP Theatre Arts runs on Tempo today
A dance and theatre school, live in production since 2026. It replaced its previous booking platform for the September-term launch, and it's where Tempo was built and tested against real club life.
"Tempo has taken the Sunday-evening admin off my plate. Parents book and pay themselves, the register is on my phone, and I can finally see who's in which class at a glance."

Can parents book for more than one child?
Yes. One family account, every child on it, one payment at checkout.
What about photo permission for shows?
