For martial arts schools
Focus on the mat. The bookings run themselves.
Tempo Book It runs class bookings, payments and registers for martial arts schools on a website your dojo owns. Students, instructors and classes, in your school's own words. Yes, "Sensei" works too.

Why martial arts schools switch
Discipline for the admin, too
A martial arts school is discipline and consistency; its admin usually is not. Tempo Book It puts booking and payment online, keeps attendance accurately enough to matter at grading time, and holds emergency and medical details securely behind an instructor PIN rather than in a folder by the door.
How it works
Four steps from timetable to term report

Nothing here is custom-coded. Every difference you see, from the colours to the words on the buttons, is a setting.
Focus. Respect. Progress. And a register that marks itself as you tap.
Every screen, button and email uses your school's words and colours. See the showcase ›

Martial arts questions, answered
Straight answers on gradings, renaming and data. Anything else, just ask.
Can it track attendance for gradings?
Yes. Every session's register is kept, and attendance reports run per student, class or session.
Can adults book for themselves and parents for children?
Yes, both models work side by side.
Can we rename things to fit our school?
Completely. Class, student, teacher: every term is a setting, so your site can say Sensei.
Is our students' data safe?
Sensitive fields are encrypted, register access is PIN-gated and logged, and photo consent is signed and kept.
