Can classes be limited by level as well as size?
Yes. Classes carry age range, level and ability, and capacity is enforced per session.
What happens if two parents go for the last place?
The system holds places atomically at checkout. One gets it, the other is told immediately. It can never double-book.
Can instructors see medical notes?
Only behind their own PIN, in a timed window, with every view logged.
Is there a per-booking fee?
