Sessions look wrong after editing a term or timetable entry
Dates you expected to disappear are still there, flagged, after changing term dates or a schedule.
Symptom: you've changed a term's dates, added an exclusion, or edited a timetable entry, and the Sessions screen still shows dates that no longer fit, marked as needing attention.
This is working as designed. Regeneration removes unbooked sessions that no longer match, but a session with bookings is never deleted by a schedule edit. Deleting it would silently erase members' paid bookings, so instead the save notice counts the affected sessions and they stay flagged on Tempo → Sessions until a human decides each one.
Fix: resolve each flagged session. For every one, choose:
- Transfer the booked students to another session or class;
- Cancel with credit, routing through the notify panel so families are told properly and credited what they actually paid; or
- Restore the date, if the edit was a mistake and the session should run after all.
Also note that sessions you had individually moved, cancelled or edited keep their changes through any regeneration; they still claim their original date's slot. If one of those looks "wrong", it's showing your own earlier exception, and the Sessions screen's restore action puts it back to the generated pattern.
Once every flagged session is resolved, the screen goes quiet again.
