Reports and cash-up
Sales over time, by performance, section, band, ticket type and payment method; the box office cash-up by staff member; promo code performance; attendance by door; CSV for every table.
The free plugin reports revenue, tickets sold and capacity per performance. Pro replaces that screen, under TBI Box Office → Reports, with the questions people actually ask after a run.
Filters
Every table answers for the same selection: an event or all of them, a performance or all of them, and a sales period of all time, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, this month, or custom dates. Change the filters and every figure on the page follows.
The headline figures
- Net revenue: what was charged minus what was refunded.
- Tickets sold, with their face value.
- Orders, with the average order.
- Discounts given through promo codes.
- Refunded.
- Checked in.
The tables
- Sales over time. Net revenue by the day the order was paid.
- By performance. Tickets and revenue for each performance in the selection.
- By section and band. Sold tickets by where they sit and which price band they were.
- By ticket type.
- By payment method. What was charged through each: online card and PayPal payments, and the till's cash, card terminal, card reader and complimentary sales.
- Box office cash-up. What each member of staff took at the till, by day and by method. Complimentary tickets are counted but not valued, so the cash and card totals are what should be in the drawer and on the terminal.
- Promo codes. Orders that used each code, what the discount cost and what those orders were worth.
- Attendance. Who turned up, and which door they came through, from the scanner's counts.
Downloading
Every table has a CSV button. Under Download the detail there are two more: every order and every ticket in the current selection, as spreadsheets, for your accountant or your own analysis.
